Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Air Freshener, Car Hanging Freshener, Combo Packs, and Fragrance Oil products.
2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or leaking product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in a combo pack

1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
• Items showing opened seals, leakage, evaporation, or signs of use will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
• Combo packs must be returned complete; partial returns will not be accepted.
• Fragrance strength, longevity, or personal scent preference is not considered a defect.
• Minor variations in color or fragrance due to natural ingredients are not considered defects.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
